Lutetium 177 PSMA Therapy - Indian vs Imported Lutetium

Hello,

I have had prostate cancer for past 13 years and now it has progressed to bones. Since there is metastasis, my doctor recommended I see a Nuclear Radiation specialist. I saw 3 different Nuclear Radiation specialists and all of them recommend that I take Lutetium Therapy. However, two of them suggested I use imported Lutetium as it is a better product and one of them said that the one made in India is as good. The one made in India is close to 40% cheaper than the imported version.

The cost savings are high enough for me to consider Indian made Lutetium. However, since the treatment itself is expensive (Indian or imported) I am wondering if it makes sense to just get the imported version to get the best possible treatment. Any personal experiences or recommendations or suggestions on the quality of Indian made Lutetium vs imported one?
