Pregnant women should be extra cautious about sun exposure, as hormonal changes can make the skin more sensitive to UV rays. Using broad-spectrum sunscreen, wearing protective clothing, and avoiding peak sunlight hours can help reduce the risk of skin cancer. Regular skin checks are also advised, especially if new moles or changes appear during pregnancy.
